At isMalicious, we take your privacy seriously. These Privacy Terms explain how we collect, use, retain and protect information when you use our services and public assessment tools.
We process the security indicators you submit to our lookup services. When you request a readiness assessment, we also collect the professional identity details, organisation details, assessment answers and campaign attribution required to generate, store and deliver your private report.
We use submitted data to provide the requested cybersecurity result or assessment report, prevent abuse, maintain delivery reliability and measure acquisition performance. If you explicitly consent, a one-way SHA-256 hash of your normalised email and available Google click identifiers may be sent to Google Ads for conversion measurement. Assessment submissions do not enrol you in a newsletter or automated sales sequence.
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, retrieve requested reports, prevent duplicate deliveries, preserve attribution and meet legal or operational requirements. You may request access or deletion by contacting us.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update these Privacy Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when we post the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
