Checking service health...
Recent Incidents
Over a 48-hour window, a growing share of report lookups failed to reach the database as connection demand outgrew the available pool. Resolved by routing application traffic through a transaction-mode connection pooler.
Real-Time Service Monitoring
The status shown at the top of this page is read live from our health endpoint on each page load. It covers the API, the database, and the cache layer — the three dependencies every threat lookup passes through. Transparency is a core value. When issues occur, we communicate openly about impact, cause, and resolution. This page is the single source of truth for platform operational status.
Availability
We do not publish an uptime percentage. There is no independent external measurement of our availability yet, and a self-reported number that nothing verifies is worth less than no number at all. When continuous third-party monitoring is in place, the measured figures will appear here. isMalicious does not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA. If your integration depends on one, talk to us before you build against the API.
Incident Communication
When an incident affects the API or the dashboard, it is published on this page with its impact, its cause, and its resolution once known — including the incidents we caused ourselves. This page is maintained by hand. It is not driven by an automated alerting pipeline, so an incident can begin before it appears here. Integrations that need an immediate signal should poll the health endpoint rather than depend on this page.
