- Fixed in6.4.414.122
- WeaknessCWE-94
Am I affected?
Debian, Ubuntu or Red Hat sometimes backport a fix without changing the upstream version number: such a version reads « to verify », never « affected ».With a domain, we read the version its public headers and pages expose. A distribution build can carry the fix under an older number.
Description
The Orpak SiteOmat OrCU component is vulnerable to code injection, for all versions prior to 2017-09-25, due to a search query that uses a direct shell command. By tampering with the request, an attacker is able to run shell commands and receive valid output from the device.
