CVE-2017-9312
No exploitation reported by the sources we read.
- Published2018-06-25
- WeaknessCWE-20
Am I affected?
Debian, Ubuntu or Red Hat sometimes backport a fix without changing the upstream version number: such a version reads « to verify », never « affected ».With a domain, we read the version its public headers and pages expose. A distribution build can carry the fix under an older number.
Description
Improperly implemented option-field processing in the TCP/IP stack on Allen-Bradley L30ERMS safety devices v30 and earlier causes a denial of service. When a crafted TCP packet is received, the device reboots immediately.
